Leaky windows in this house had never been properly sealed or trimmed out. Our makeover provides the remedy: new trim, tape and flashing all around, including some custom curves for a few special windows.
The most rewarding part of the job is seeing the final product being enjoyed by the people it was designed for.

Why do some decks look better than others? Its all in the details, and this one`s got plenty. Even the lattice is custom made to match a more traditional design than you can buy in a store. I was inspired by the amazing trimwork on the Heteca Lighthouse keepers house in Florence, OR. Seemed perfect for this home in Lake Oswego.

One of the things I love about this Thermory decking is that the ends are tongue & groove, which means no gap between boards when they are laid out end-to-end. It also make those joints strong enough to support weight, even when they fall between joists.
